[WSBAPT] Petition to reopen probate - intestate estate

Hello,

Client tried to administer probate on her own, but neglected to transfer
title to house as part of the process.

In reopening the probate for her, do we need to submit anything but the
Petition and Order to Reopen Probate (for intestate estates)? Anything
particular to keep in mind?
