[WSBAPT] Someone experienced in Aetna Medicare Value Plus Plan (HMO)

Can anyone recommend someone experience in Aetna Medicare Value Plus Plan
(HMO) to give advise on contesting a denial of services.
Patient with advanced prostrate cancer that has spread to spine has been in
intensive rehab at UW Medical inpatient since May 7.  And is progressing
wonderfully.  Doctors intend to keep him for at least another week.  But
Aetna is saying that they are going to deny coverage after June 1.

What are the best ways to appeal and what to say?
