[WSBAPT] 2nd Request-Petition for Accounting/Removal

In my case, we have a trustee who refuses to respond to efforts to communicate with him. Pursuant to the terms of the trust agreement, there are a couple of trust beneficiaries who are entitled to receive funds but those have not been paid. Further, another beneficiary has received correspondence from a financial institution advising that there are funds available to be paid to the trust but their requests for information have not resulted in a response. Needless to say, my clients are becoming concerned so we need to bring an action for an accounting and/or the removal of the trustee. If anyone has form pleadings that I can crib from I would very much like to see them.

It may be that each situation is so unique, and also confidential, that people feel that what they did in their situation wouldn't help, and that you should just try to explain what you want and why?
