In my case, we have a trustee who refuses to respond to efforts to communicate with him. Pursuant to the terms of the trust agreement, there are a couple of trust beneficiaries who are entitled to receive funds but those have not been paid. Further, another
beneficiary has received correspondence from a financial institution advising that there are funds available to be paid to the trust but their requests for information have not resulted in a response. Needless to say, my clients are becoming concerned so we
need to bring an action for an accounting and/or the removal of the trustee. If anyone has form pleadings that I can crib from I would very much like to see them.<br>
