Listmates,

On October 10, 2019, Clients, acting pro se, were named co-guardians for
their mother by the King County Superior Court. In January of this year
they filed their sworn Petition for Approval of Budget, Disbursements, and
supposedly paid the $30 ex parte presentation fee. The Petition was denied
by the Commissioner with several statements:

1.	No Petition or other supporting documents provided;
2.	It is Hereby Ordered that the request is denied and the moving party
shall resubmit the motion and order through the Clerk's Office, paying the
Ex Parte Presentation Fee of $30.00 for the subsequent presentation, . . . A
copy of this order must be included when you resubmit this matter.

In looking at the Court file, the Petition was filed. I assume they failed
to submit a proposed order. What is the usual practice in King County for
this type of Petition?
