In January of this year they filed their sworn Petition for Approval of Budget, Disbursements, and supposedly paid the $30 ex parte presentation fee. The Petition was denied by the Commissioner with several statements:<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><ol style='margin-top:0in' start=1 type=1><li class=MsoListParagraph style='margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1'>No Petition or other supporting documents provided;<o:p></o:p></li><li class=MsoListParagraph style='margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1'>It is Hereby Ordered that the request is denied and the moving party shall resubmit the motion and order through the Clerk’s Office, paying the Ex Parte Presentation Fee of $30.00 for the subsequent presentation, . . . I assume they failed to submit a proposed order.
