[WSBAPT] "Intermediary" for Adoption Records - Pierce County

As I understand it, I will need an "intermediary" in Pierce County to obtain copies of adoption records.   Anyone who has experience or is willing to serve let me know.  Self-referrals welcome.  This is not pro bono.  Geoff Gibbs
