[WSBAPT] Stopping estate sale

TEDRA petition to address action of the PR. If PR has non-intervention powers you must use TEDRA and service of summons for the court to gain jurisdiction over the PR. If the sale is coming up soon, I'd set hearing for the absolute soonest time allowed, then file an immediate motion for TRO under the TEDRA to restrain the sale, maybe with motion for order shortening time as well.

Sincerely,

Eric

Subject: [WSBAPT] Stopping estate sale

Hi!

What's the best course of action for putting a stop on an estate sale? There's an issue with secrecy and steamrolling beneficiaries, and we need to make sure the planned estate sale is at least put on hold before we address certain issues.
