[WSBAPT] Snohomish County TRO in TEDRA Matter

Greetings Hivemind, and Happy Holidays:

I need to seek a TRO in a TEDRA matter to protect assets from waste. The goal is to file the TEDRA Petition, Motion for TRO, and Motion for Preliminary Injunction all Friday morning, and get the TRO issued right away.

We're trying to figure out how to so this in the days of COVID, and are getting an unusual message from the court: that we can only ask for one of these three types of TROs: in order of protection (for domestic violence),  no contact order (for criminal conviction), or anti-harassment order (for victims who don't fall under the statute for domestic violence). I don't see my TRO request as falling under any of these things.

Have any of you done this in Snohomish County? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
