Hello All,

What leave benefits does a small business owner of less than 10 employees have to offer in WA?

My understanding is that the only leave benefit they have to offer is Paid Sick Leave.  The Family Care Act, Domestic Violence Leave, Paid Family & Medical leave, Pregnancy and Parental leave and Leave for Military Spouses or self is not required by law.

Would appreciate your advice and I thank you in advance.
