[WSBAPT] Reimbursements from SNT to Family Members

Hello Listmates,

I represent the Trustee of a SNT that specifically allows distributions for the Beneficiary's travel. Beneficiary is on Medicaid. A parent of the Beneficiary has paid for numerous travel expenses for trips with the Beneficiary over the past few years, and has recently provided receipts with the goal of reimbursement.

I am inclined to reimburse the parent, but does anyone feel that it would be problematic?
