Subject: [WSBAPT] Snohomish TEDRA initial hearing

I have noted a TEDRA hearing on Petition in Snohomish and was told by the court to put on Commissioner’s probate calendar at 1:00 PM on a Tuesday.
Just got a call that it needs to be on Judge’s calendar at 9:30 a.m. for civil motions, not probate calendar.

Last time I did this, I was told the opposite when I noted on the Judge’s civil motions calendar, it got moved to probate commissioner’s calendar.

Anyone know where I can find authority for noting the TEDRA hearing on Petition in Snohomish.  Frustrated here.
