[WSBAPT] Testate estate with Will in Kent Depository

I sent a testate petition to King county ex parte via the clerk.  The Will was previously filed in the Kent Will depository.
The PR being appointed is named in the Will so no issues with any notice or hearing required.

The Order was returned as rejected and unsiged with an indication that I needed to appear in person for ex parte to Kent courthouse to pull the original Will and take to court myself, present my Petition to get the Order signed.  I have never had to do this when in King County Superior Court in Seattle.

Why need to do this just because Will is in Kent?
Anyone know how to get around this?
