<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">The PR being appointed is named in the Will so no issues with any notice or hearing required.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">The Order was returned as rejected and unsiged with an indication that I needed to appear in person for ex parte to Kent courthouse to pull the original Will and take to court
myself, present my Petition to get the Order signed. I have never had to do this when in King County Superior Court in Seattle.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
