[WSBAPT] Correction Deed

Hi Listmates,

I have a PC, an Arizona resident, who quitclaimed his interest in real property located in Whatcom County to "To myself and Girlfriend as Trustees of Girlfriend's Trust". He is not a trustee of girlfriend's trust. Also, he indicated that he intended to establish community property. They are not married, but they are domestic partners.

Now he would like to transfer the property 50% to his trust and 50% to her trust. They are still not married. What is the correct way to accomplish this?  Is a correction deed the proper instrument to do this? I have not done or seen a correction deed. Does anyone have a sample they are willing to share or other suggestions?
