I have a PC, an Arizona resident, who quitclaimed his interest in real property located in Whatcom County to "To myself and Girlfriend as Trustees of Girlfriend's Trust". He is not a trustee of girlfriend's trust. Also, he indicated that he intended to establish

 community property. They are not married, but they are domestic partners.</div>

Now he would like to transfer the property 50% to his trust and 50% to her trust. They are still not married. What is the correct way to accomplish this?  Is a correction deed the proper instrument to do this? I have not done or seen a correction deed. Does

 anyone have a sample they are willing to share or other suggestions?</div>
