Can any of you recommend an attorney in the Medford/Ashland OR area with
landlord/tenant law expertise?

This particular potential client could also use assistance in evaluating
what restrictions might exist in his work as a professional gardener - he
does not want to inadvertently foray into the world of landscape
contracting since Oregon has landscape contractor licensing laws.
