[WSBAPT] seeking referral - neighbor dispute / potential restraining order

Dear Listmates,
A friend of mine who owns a rental property is having some difficulties
with the neighbor sitting directly behind their rental - causing the
tenants and themselves much grief. They may be in need of assistance
evaluating whether a restraining order is currently an option.

Looking for referrals to send her way. (Neighbor may have some mental
health issues, it appears, FYI). Do you know anyone who could help?
