[WSBAPT] Sample trust notice letter and trustee report per RCW 11.98.072

Does anyone have an example of a trust notice letter (per RCW 11.98.072(2)) and a trustee report (per RCW 11.98.072(1)) that you would be willing to share with me? I am working on a sample of such documents that I can give to my lay person trustee clients.

This is my first time doing this, so I would be grateful to see what others are doing.
