Subject: Re: [WSBAPT] Estate Sale Agreement

In my experience, these agreements do not have to be complex. Conducting an estate sale is very labor intensive. We just concluded one where the sales agent took 30%, and we considered it a bargain. We handled it on a "handshake" basis. Many items treasured by our older clients, like china dishes and silver flatware, have nearly no value these days.

Listmates,

I wonder if anyone on the list would be willing to share a form agreement between an estate and estate liquidators covering the terms of how the estate sale is to be conducted -- organization, pricing, fee structure, etc. (preferably, favorable to the estate).
