<div dir="ltr">In my experience, these agreements do not have to be complex. Conducting an estate sale is very labor intensive. We just concluded one where the sales agent took 30%, and we considered it a bargain. We handled it on a "handshake" basis. Many
items treasured by our older clients, like china dishes and silver flatware, have nearly no value these days.</div>
