[WSBAPT] Estate Sale Agreement

In my experience, these agreements do not have to be complex. Conducting an
estate sale is very labor intensive.  We just concluded one where the sales
agent took 30%, and we considered it a bargain.  We handled it on a
"handshake" basis.  Many items treasured by our older clients, like china
dishes and silver flatware, have nearly no value these days.
