[WSBAPT] lawyer as PR

Just noticed this post.  I've heard on several occasions the commissioners reflect a concern for attorneys charging attorney rates for tasks that the court believes could be handled by paralegals a paralegal rates.  I imagine others have heard this too.  The authority for approving PR and attorney fees, etc. is found RCW 11.48.210.

Does anyone have relevant authority about whether a lawyer serving as PR is entitled to be paid normal lawyer rates?  Assume not specific contract about rates.
