[WSBAPT] lawyer as PR

Someone with special skills is entitled to a special rate above the
ordinary.  I say that a lawyer serving as a PR is entitled to their default
billing rate.

Does anyone have relevant authority about whether a lawyer serving as PR is
entitled to be paid normal lawyer rates?  Assume not specific contract
about rates.
