[WSBAPT] Probate question - Requesting access to deceased's digital accounts such as email.

Hello everyone:

Was wondering if anyone has any drafting insights into situations where the PR is wanting to gain access to the deceased's email account mainly for the purpose to ascertain potential pending bills which are due. (The PR is the deceased brother in our case).
