I have opened a Washington probate with washington and Oregon property. Do I
need to open ancillary In Oregon or can I record an Oregon PR deed with WA
probate alone? No other reason to open Oregon probate.

Anyone have a sample of the declaration and oath and that must be filed with
the court by the Notice Agent before publishing a Non-Probate Notice to
