[WSBAPT] Rejection of Probate Claims

Listmates:

 

Probate was open in early 2017.   Notice to creditors was published.   A
collection company was provided actual notice for several known accounts.
It never filed a creditors claim.  However, it did send a letter to the
personal representative outlining the outstanding amounts owed which where
all below $300.00.  The claims period has long past.  Given that no
creditor's claim was filed with the court is there any need to reject the
claims?
