[WSBAPT] Redmond WA Probate and Real Estate Matter

Hello, Potential Client husband needs to probate wife’s estate and sort out ownership and sale of house in Redmond said to be worth $600k that somehow has daughter and son-in-law on deed although they paid nothing for this.  

 

Please advise if you are interested.  PC speaks little English and would prefer Spanish-speaking attorney.
