[WSBAPT] Rejection of Probate Claims

It doesn't sound like there was any claim made, so no need to reject. For a claim to be properly presented, it must be filed with the Court AND delivered to the Personal Representative or their attorney within the time prescribed. There are also strict requirements for what must be included in any claim, most letters outlining amounts owed do not meet these requirements.

Listmates:

Probate was open in early 2017.   Notice to creditors was published.   A collection company was provided actual notice for several known accounts.   It never filed a creditors claim.  However, it did send a letter to the personal representative outlining the outstanding amounts owed which where all below $300.00.  The claims period has long past.  Given that no creditor's claim was filed with the court is there any need to reject the claims?
