[WSBAPT] Name Issue

A client had a short term marriage over 40 years ago. Somehow her name
got changed on her social security account to her husband's. She has
re-married twice since, changing her name from maiden to new H and back
again each time. Now she is applying for SS, and they tell her she
needs to legally go back to her first husband's name with a court
ordered name change, to get her SS she paid into all these 40 years in
all those different names. So yes, in current times it needs to be done
right.

Very Truly Yours,

Robert R. Cole
