[WSBAPT] Name Issue

So if she does the legal name change now, are all of the *pre *dated legal
documents okay? Even though the name used wasn't legally correct at that
time?

For example, does she need to re-record a deed or have her Will or RLT
corrected (from 10-20 years ago) or mention anything about the name change
since those were pre-legally changed name? It would be a disaster to have
to change all of those as there are a ton!

I assume not, but would love to hear what others think.

I am thinking the easiest and least expensive fix is for her to just get
the legal name change done and correct it on her Social Security and leave
the rest of the documents as is.

Thanks,

Setareh
