Hello listmates,

I have a client who came in for a probate because his dad passed away. His
dad had a will. I found out that his mother passed away a year earlier.
She had no will, there is no community property agreement, or no documents
whatsoever for her.

The property is under both the dad's and the mother's name (not owned with
joint right of survivorship). All the property goes to the son in the
dad's will.

Would you recommend doing two probates, one for the mother and one for the
father?
