[WSBAPT] Montana Mineral interests

Has anyone had contact with NorthWest Energy or Devon Energy in Blaine and Chouteau Counties in Montana?  I have an estate that owns mineral interests and the company has made an offer to purchase.  I'd like to find out some more before the PR accepts the offer.  Any information could be helpful, including local attorneys.
