[WSBAPT] Travel Insurance Coverage

I have a client in need of assistance regarding a potential claim against an insurance company denying coverage. Tragically, my client's son died while on a mission in Africa. The travel insurance paid to return the young man's remains to the USA, but has declined to pay a death benefit. The policy does not clearly cover this situation, nor is it clearly excluded. The policy is very vague and does not provide the definition of an accident or natural causes of death. This is not an extremely large case and my client's only intent to make sure the policy is being paid out fairly and any proceeds would go to my client's other son.
Any takers or suggestions for counsel as this is not in by wheelhouse.
