[WSBAPT] FW: TODD Template

It does transfer real property to the beneficiary named in the TODD, however
in order to perfect, the decedent¹s death certificate needs to be recorded.
At that time, the Real Estate Excise Tax affidavit also needs to be
completed.

Listmates:

I have never used a Transfer on Death Deed.  Does it automatically transfer
the property upon death without a Probate or the infamous Lack of Probate
Affidavit?
