[WSBAPT] Petition to access safety deposit box

I did this a long while ago, in similar situation. I filed the petition to
open the SD box concurrently with the petition to open probate.

I also submitted as an exhibit, a copy of decedent's will, with the
petitions. Luckily the bank cooperated with the order, and we (me and
client, the decedent's son) found the original will when we went to the
bank.

Hope this helps. (I have slightly less gray hair than some folks on this
listserv, but like to share nuggets of wisdom I've accumulated over the
years).
