[WSBAPT] Petition to access safety deposit box

I've had the experience of the bank opening the safe deposit box for the
person with a durable power of attorney that allows it.  The bank
inventoried the contents, took possession of the Will, and sent the Will to
the county clerk for a Will Only filing.

When I've obtained court orders to open safe deposit boxes in King County
probates, the court commissioners have insisted that the Will be given only
to an attorney.  They will allow the box contents to be inventoried, but
will authorize removal only of the Will, if there is one.
