I filed the petition to open the SD box concurrently with the petition to open probate. <br><br>I also submitted as an exhibit, a copy of decedent's will, with the petitions. Luckily the bank cooperated with the order, and we (me and client, the decedent's son) found the original will when we went to the bank. <br><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:monospace,monospace;font-size:large;color:rgb(68,68,68)">Hope this helps.
