[WSBAPT] SF, CA referral

I have a client whose aunt left him a share of her residuary estate.  She died residing in San Francisco.  The aunt's husband is administering the estate.  He is telling my client that he's not going to give the client what he has coming under the Will, because he/husband "needs the money."

Referrals to trusts and estates counsel in SF appreciated.
