Perhaps a court translator? Or you could ask WF who they would find acceptable as a translator – just a couple of thoughts –

Hello, all! I have a client whose husband died in Ecuador. She needs to have the death certificate translated before it will be accepted by Wells Fargo. Can anyone recommend a translator that would be acceptable to Wells Fargo, and any other institutions?

Thanks!
