Paul,
That is a great question. I am beginning to find myself in the same position. The creditors are beginning to get impatient. What are our fiduciary responsibilities in situations like these? Also, do I/we look at placing a lien on the real estate for our services? I haven't been paid yet.

I have a PR that is no longer responding to my emails or letters (for the past 4+ months now). I am at a place where I need to withdraw due to their lack of responsiveness. Are there any pitfalls I need to be concerned about with a request to withdraw? If someone has a motion template I would appreciate a look as I have never been in this predicament before.
Thanks!
