[WSBAPT] PR Not Responding

I have a PR that is no longer responding to my emails or letters (for the
past 4+ months now).  I am at a place where I need to withdraw due to their
lack of responsiveness.  Are there any pitfalls I need to be concerned
about with a request to withdraw?  If someone has a motion template I would
appreciate a look as I have never been in this predicament before.
