I would think the validity of a will depends on whether it is executed
according to the law, not on whether the drafter is practicing law without a
license.

If an attorney, previously suspended, drafts a will, while suspended, is
that will valid? What about after they are disbarred?

 

I know it is a crime, but am looking for the effect on the documents
drafted. Cites to the statute or case law appreciated.
