[WSBAPT] suspended/disbarred attorney drafts Will

I don't have authority, but I think there is no effect on validity. Same as a Will drawn up by a lay person--if it meets the statutory requirements for validity, it's valid, even if the drafter is subject to unlicensed practice of law penalties.

If an attorney, previously suspended, drafts a will, while suspended, is that will valid? What about after they are disbarred?

I know it is a crime, but am looking for the effect on the documents drafted. Cites to the statute or case law appreciated.
