[WSBAPT] Stepmom be administrator of intestate estate?

Per the statute, if sufficient time has passed then anyone suitable can serve.  Getting the consents let you get the appointment sooner.

Well, there is no contact with his mother, so I cant get an agreement from her.  Can I just put both the dad and the stepmom - or should it be just the dad? He is just emotionally distraught (suicide) and so the stepmom wants to do it all.
