[WSBAPT] Attorney to set up a charitable foundation

[Ralph Maimon]

A client passed away recently and left a significant portion of her large estate to establish a charitable foundation for 5 specific charities. I am one of the directors and of course cannot act as attorney for the establishment of or the ongoing matters involving the foundation. I am looking for someone who can walk me and the other two directors through the process and possibly talk about alternatives to setting up the foundation to the benefit of the charities.
