[WSBAPT] How To Incorporate a List with Changing Heirs

A client wishes to leave 10% of his residuary estate to those employees who
work for him on the date of his death. He prefers to use a separate list
which he will update periodically to include the names of current employees,
and maybe add a few others who are not his employees. RCW 11.12.255 says "A
will may incorporate by reference any writing in existence when the will is
executed." This means the list of names must be in writing at the time the
will is executed and cannot be updated later. This also means the only
option would be to leave 10% of his residuary estate to those employees who
work for the client without a separate list with names on it? Are there any
viable options to honor the client's wishes? Any insight is much
appreciated!
