[WSBAPT] Situs issue

Listmates:
PC is presently a Washington resident.  She and her spouse have existing an existing trust and Wills prepared when they lived in California.  However, in the very near future (weeks, I believe) she and her spouse intend to sell their home here and relocate to Mexico.  The only asset left behind in Washington will be a bank account (and nothing left in California).
I am inclined to have her contact un Abogado once she is established in Mexico.  The bank account can probably be addressed with a POD/TOD designation.  The total estate is approx. $1.5 million.
Am I missing something?  
Also, are any of you licensed to practice in Mexico per chance?
