However, in the very near future (weeks, I believe) she and her spouse intend to sell their home here and relocate to Mexico. The only asset left behind in Washington will be a bank account (and nothing left in California).</div><div><br></div><div>I am inclined to have her contact <i>un Abogado</i> once she is established in Mexico. The bank account can probably be addressed with a POD/TOD designation.
