[WSBAPT] Missing Heir

Thank you for your response, Lenard. My confusion is whether that person is someone the court appoints, or do we have to recommend a person to be appointed? Due to the dynamics of the situation, there isn't anyone to recommend for appointment aside from the PR. Any thoughts on this?
